Job summary

Arup is seeking a veteran Architect to lead design delivery across concept to detailing for transport, rail and infrastructure projects. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, mentor colleagues and push sustainable design and rigorous quality assurance in every phase.

With a Master’s in Architecture and Indonesian registration, you bring at least 10 years of leadership in consulting design, plus strong software skills in BIM, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture and Indonesian registration are required.
• 10 years minimal leadership experience in design environments, preferably consulting.
• Strong multidisciplinary project experience across rail, transport and infrastructure.
• Collaborative working style with ability to guide teams across multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Design software such as InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop and BIM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural design delivery through all project stages.
• Drive project excellence via effective project management and design coordination.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and professional growth for teams.
• Collaborate to drive sustainable design and oversee QA across delivery.
• Develop relationships across Arup teams to pursue multidisciplinary opportunities.
