Job summary

PT LOTTE Chemical Indonesia seeks an Entry Level Maintenance Technician for its Merak Plant. You will learn under close supervision to perform maintenance on electrical equipment including SWGR, transformers, and motors, while ensuring preventive tasks are completed on time.

The role requires handling lubrication checks, vibration analysis, documenting maintenance records, and coordinating with teams to requisition parts and tools. Willingness to work shifts at Merak Plant is essential.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with diploma seeking a start in maintenance.
• Knowledge of repairing rotating equipment or components is needed.
• Proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) and English is required.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office, are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks under close supervision.
• Maintain, repair, install and modify electrical equipment (SWGR, Transformer, Motor, etc).
• Inspect lubrication and vibration on motors and equipment.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Skilled Entry Level class in maintenance technician
• Initially under close supervision, learn and perform a variety of duties in maintenance.
• Maintain, repair, install and modify electric equipment (SWGR, Transformer, Motor and etc.)
• Inspect the condition of lubrication, vibration for Motors.
• Operate shop cranes, dump trucks, forklifts, lifting handling device, shop machinery and related tools.
• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of preventive/periodical maintenance activities.
• Measure and write the maintanance record in field.
• Requisition necessary spare parts, tools, equipment and supplies.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduate with minimum Diploma 3 in Electrical Engineering from reputable university
• Candidates with maximum 2 years experiences in Oil & Gas , Power Plant, Petrochemical and Chemical Industries are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of principles, method, techniques, tools used in repair of rotating equipment
• Understanding Indonesian electricity regulation
• Background for environment of petrochemical plant.
• Excellent communication (Bahasa and English) and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
• Good integrity, initiatives, and team work ability.
• Have motivation to learn and willing to work under pressure.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime.
• Willing to be located in Merak Plant (Cilegon).
