Job summary

PT Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives within a high-availability payments environment. You will drive on-time, in-scope execution with cross-functional teams and strong governance.

The role requires proven leadership, structured planning, and effective stakeholder management in IT or financial services, with familiarity in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods. PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile certification is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or financial services.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation through completion.
Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders).
Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates to management.
Ensure proper project governance, documentation, and compliance with internal standards.
Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
