Job summary

The role involves supporting the full product lifecycle, gathering requirements, and assisting in feature definition while collaborating with multiple teams to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or fresh graduates welcome; strong analytical mindset and problem solving needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present ideas clearly.
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Interest in product development, fintech, banking, or payment systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the product lifecycle from ideation, requirements gathering, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Gather and analyze customer, market, and business needs to identify product opportunities.
• Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with technology, business, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure product requirements are delivered.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support product strategy and development.
• Prepare product documentation, presentations, reports, and product updates.
