Job summary

The successful candidate will work with management and technical teams, travel across Indonesia when required, and drive strategic growth with strong business

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, Energy, Environmental Studies, Sustainability or related field.
• Preferably 5+ years of relevant experience in business development, project development, B2B industrial solutions, or renewable energy.
• Experience in project-based or solution-based business development is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the initial business development and project origination strategy for the company’s renewable energy business.
• Identify and originate opportunities across renewable energy, waste-to-energy, biomass, biogas, solar energy, energy efficiency, and industrial energy solutions.
• Proactively approach prospective clients and stakeholders, arrange meetings, manage follow-ups, and build long-term business relationships.
• Drive opportunities through the development process from lead and qualification through data collection, site assessment, and proposal.
