Job summary

Nippon Koei Energy Asia is seeking a Project Manager - Renewable Energy to lead Indonesia-based solar, wind, and hybrid projects. You will manage planning, execution, risks, and stakeholder coordination to ensure safe, on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

The role requires 8–12 years in renewables/EPC, strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Willingness to travel to sites across Indonesia is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 8–12 years of professional experience in renewable energy, power, EPC, or Owner’s Engineer environments.
Proven experience managing utility-scale renewable energy projects (Solar PV, Wind, BESS, Hybrid).
Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary project teams and coordination of multiple stakeholders.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Oversee development and execution of renewable energy projects (solar, wind, BESS, hybrid).
Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.
Lead risk management, QA/QC, and compliance with regulations and standards.
Act as main point of contact for all project stakeholders and report progress to management.
