Job summary

RINA is recruiting an Energy Senior Project Engineer for its Jakarta, Indonesia office within the Project Engineering Division. The role leads the technical execution of complex, high-value projects, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring quality, safety, and compliance while mentoring junior engineers.

You will drive proposal feasibility, resource planning, and technical risk management, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of design engineering experience leading multi-disciplinary projects.
• Experience in project controls, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge is advantageous.
