Job summary

PLH Fashion Group seeks a garment quality control specialist based in Indonesia to oversee pre-production reviews and inline inspections across pilot runs and bulk cutting. You will coordinate with MR/ TD/ Fabric teams and clients to ensure measurements, workmanship, and top samples meet standards.

Responsibilities include staging 32-piece random staining checks, signing off on TOP and final inspections, and reporting inspection results to factory reps and internal teams on the same day.

Qualifications

• Based in Indonesia with experience in garment/apparel quality control.
• Proficient in AQL 1.5 / 2.5 standards, measurement tracking, and workmanship evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal MR/ TD/ Fabric teams, factory QC/ management, and client QCs.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Production Review: Attend Risk Assessment and host Pre-Production meetings to review style risks, client comments, and fabric test reports.
• Inline Inspections: Conduct Pilot Runs, 1st Inline (10%–20%), and 2nd Inline (30%–50%) inspections to verify workmanship, measurements, and cutting status.
• TOP & Sample Approval: Check TOP samples on mannequins, input measurements into client’s Centric System, and sign off on bulk‑matching Shipping Samples.
• Pre-Packing Stain Check: Perform a 32-piece random inspection on light‑colored garments; trigger 100% factory sorting if a single stain is found.
• Final Inspections: Conduct internal Final Inspections (AQL 1.5 / 2.5) and facilitate Client Final Inspections (LX/TB) before releasing shipments.
• Reporting: Issue and share all inspection reports (Inline, TOP, Final) on the same day with factory reps and internal teams.
