Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks a Chief Production Engineer to lead and optimize our production operations, ensuring targets, quality, and efficiency. You will oversee planning, manpower, materials, and equipment while driving continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, English proficiency, and hands-on knowledge of Lean, 6S, PDCA, and ISO standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable production performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in Production or Process Engineering.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with database systems.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 6S, PDCA, and quality improvement tools is an advantage.
• Able to effectively manage manpower and production activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning and monitor production output and quality
• Manage production manpower, raw materials, consumables, tools, and equipment
• Drive 6S, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor production performance and ensure production targets are achieved
• Support operator training and skill development
• Manage production inventory, budget, and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SMK3
• Prepare production reports and support data analysis and problem-solving
