Job summary

pt dharma polimetal tbk is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in our manufacturing facility in Indonesia. You will drive achievement of production targets, manage material usage, manpower, and equipment, and ensure adherence to quality standards and KPIs.

Responsibilities include analyzing production issues, implementing corrective actions, and mentoring the team to improve productivity and product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in manufacturing (automotive experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of production processes, Lean Manufacturing, TPS, and Continuous Improvement.
• Familiar with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and 5S/5R implementation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP/ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the achievement of production, quality, cost, and productivity targets in line with established KPIs.
• Oversee production operations by optimizing material utilization, manpower, production capacity, and manufacturing processes.
• Analyze production issues, implement corrective actions, and drive operational improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Drive the implementation of manufacturing systems, including TPS, TPM, QCC, and other continuous improvement programs to enhance productivity and reduce production costs.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, WI, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and Health, Safety, and 5R standards.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching, performance management, and continuous skill development.
• Oversee new product mass production readiness and ensure accuracy of production administration, including SAP transactions.
