Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring in Jakarta is seeking a senior product leader to own the roadmap for products powering payroll and performance on KantorKu HRIS, and talent acquisition on Dealls ATS. You will work with engineering, design, and data to deliver high-impact features and impact ARR.

You’ll translate company goals into actionable initiatives, mentor junior PMs, and align product directions with market trends while driving adoption, activation, and retention metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, HR tech, or B2B platforms.
• Proven track record of owning large, multi-stakeholder initiatives from concept to launch.
• Deep understanding of product discovery, prioritization frameworks, and agile execution.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking — data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong product sense balancing user experience, technical constraints, and business value.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery for major product lines.
• Translate company objectives into clear, outcome-driven initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to ship high-impact features.
• Set and monitor adoption, activation, retention, NPS, and ARR contributions.
• Drive structured decision-making from discovery to post-launch iteration.
• Mentor associate PMs and guide squads to build scalable, customer-centric systems.
• Partner with leadership to align product direction with business strategy and market trends.
