Techconnect.id is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the product end-to-end, shaping the roadmap with stakeholders and translating workflows into actionable requirements for a small engineering team.

You will lead discovery interviews with bankers and analysts, write precise specs, and drive expansions from M&A advisory into Funds workflows, balancing technical constraints with business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years on a B2B SaaS or internal tooling product used by knowledge workers.
• Own a roadmap end-to-end: discovery, prioritization, spec writing, and post-launch iteration.
• Strong written communication — specs, PRDs, and async updates that are clear for engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap - maintain a prioritized backlog, trade-off decisions, and communicate direction to engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Drive discovery - conduct user interviews with bankers and analysts and translate feedback into actionable problems.
• Write precise specs - produce feature briefs and acceptance criteria with clear, unambiguous requirements.
• Create HTML mockups - generate HTML mockups to verify with the customer and hand over to engineers.
• Ship iteratively - define feature flags for gradual rollouts and track adoption metrics to drive iteration.
• Steer AI features - collaborate with engineering to shape AI-driven document processing and data enrichment.
