Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in precision spring production or manufacturing engineering.
• Capable of independently operating, setting up, and tuning machinery for compression, extension, and torsion springs.
• Able to work in Batam, with willingness to relocate from anywhere within Indonesia.
• Ability to design molds or read detailed engineering drawings related to spring manufacturing.
• Basic communication skills in English or Indonesian.
• Prior experience in team leadership or mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Production and manufacturing of compression springs, extension springs, and torsion springs
• Hands-on setup, operation, parameter adjustment, and maintenance of spring manufacturing machinery (coiling machines, grinders, heat treatment furnaces, etc.)
• Quality control, process improvement, and technical optimization for higher production efficiency
• Providing technical guidance and on-the-job training (OJT) to local operators
