SeaOwl Indonesia is seeking a Lead Planner in Batam to define, coordinate, and optimize planning activities supporting projects and operations. You will ensure clear visibility, reliable scheduling, and timely execution of priorities.

You will develop and maintain schedules, monitor timelines, identify deviations, and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and data-driven reporting is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related field.
• 7–10 years of planning, scheduling, or project controls experience.
• 2+ years in lead or senior planner role.
• Experience in oil & gas, construction, or industrial projects preferred.
• Proven track record leading planning activities across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Mastery of planning and scheduling methods.
• Knowledge of reporting and performance monitoring tools.
• Ability to analyze data and translate into actionable planning decisions.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other planning software.

Description

As a Lead Planner, you will play a key role in defining, coordinating, and optimizing planning activities to support project and operational performance. You will work closely with the relevant teams to ensure clear visibility, reliable scheduling, and effective execution of priorities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in planning, scheduling, or project controls, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior planner role.
• Experience in oil & gas, construction, or industrial projects is highly preferred.
• Proven track record leading planning activities across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Mastery of planning and scheduling methods.
• Knowledge of reporting and performance monitoring tools.
• Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable planning decisions.
