Job summary

App Group seeks an experienced Senior Project Planner/Controls professional in Indonesia to lead planning, scheduling, EVMS implementation, and executive reporting. The role requires strong CPM knowledge, and proficiency with MS Project, Power BI, and Excel.

You will drive project performance, develop dashboards, and communicate statuses to leadership across departments. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project controls within manufacturing or heavy industry, with proven stakeholder

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years progressive experience in Project Planning and Controls (Manufacturing/Heavy Industry preferred).
• Experience implementing EVMS to monitor performance and drive decisions.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards and exec-level presentations.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across org levels.
• Experience standardizing project planning procedures.
• Familiar with Power BI, Excel and Microsoft Project.
• Expert user of MS Project.
• Strong CPM understanding.

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, construction management or a related technical discipline.
• Min. 18 y.o
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Project Planning and Controls, preferably within the Manufacturing, Heavy Industry, or Pulp & Paper sector.
• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling methodologies, and the application of project management tools and systems.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and utilizing Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) to monitor project performance and drive effective decision-making.
• Proficient in developing progress measurement systems and preparing project reports, dashboards, and executive level presentations.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate project status, risks, opportunities, and changes across all organizational levels.
• Extensive experience in developing, reviewing, updating, and standardizing project planning procedures to ensure alignment with project objectives and organizational requirements.
• Familiarity with power BI, excel and microsoft project.
• Expert users of Ms. Project
• Strong understanding of critical path method (CPM).
