Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Senior Delivery Engineer to lead the end-to-end technical delivery and solution implementation for Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), FTTx, IP RAN, SDN, and enterprise network projects in Jakarta. You will drive architectural design, risk management, and seamless integration between last-mile connectivity and backbone networks.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on delivery and network engineering experience in ICT/telecom, with strong knowledge of MPLS,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
Minimum 5 years in solution delivery, network engineering, or similar roles.
Hands-on experience with FWA, FTTx, IP RAN, SDN, WLAN, and SD-WAN.
Knowledge of MPLS, SRv6, VXLAN, and NCE-x.
English fluency mandatory; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead technical delivery and coordination with ISP and enterprise accounts.
Design and manage architectures for FWA, FTTx, IP RAN, SDN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and security.
Identify delivery risks, operational gaps, and customer pain points.
Coordinate with product engineers to resolve complex technical issues.
Support end-to-end project implementation, testing, and optimization.
Ensure high-performance integration between wireless and backbone networks.
Manage MPLS, SRv6, VXLAN, and NCE-x in enterprise networks.
Apply proactive monitoring and technical analysis to improve service.
Support customer engagement with presentations and post-sales advisory.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success.
