Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Landscape Architect/PM to lead golf course landscape design and development. You will create planting plans, design guidelines, and concepts for course areas, coordinating with consultants, designers, architects, and contractors to ensure concept integrity from design through construction.

The role requires delivering high-quality landscapes that enhance aesthetics, playability, and course character, while managing timelines, budgets, and construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in landscape design/project management.
• Experience in golf course landscape design or development is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of planting, hardscape, irrigation, grading, and landscape construction.
• Experience working with landscape consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Able to read and review landscape drawings and technical documents.
• Good project management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Strong design sense with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage landscape design and development for golf course projects.
• Develop landscape concepts, planting plans, and design guidelines for golf course areas.
• Coordinate with landscape consultants, golf course designers, architects, contractors, and other project teams.
• Review and ensure landscape design meets project standards, functionality, and overall golf course concept.
• Monitor landscape works from design development through construction and completion.
• Review drawings, material selections, planting schemes, and landscape specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate solutions for design or construction issues.
• Manage project timeline, budget, and quality of landscape works.
• Ensure the landscape design supports the overall aesthetics, playability, and character of the golf course.
