Job summary

EVDEkimi Real Estates is seeking a Landscape Architect to design creative and functional landscape concepts for villas, resorts, and property developments in Bali. The role involves master planning, planting and hardscape design, and producing construction drawings and 3D visuals.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams, conduct site visits, and ensure compliance with standards and site conditions while delivering on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience as Landscape Architect in hospitality, villa, resort or property development projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience with 3D rendering/visualization is a plus
• Strong tropical landscape design knowledge
• Ability to interpret technical drawings

Responsibilities

• Develop landscape design concepts for villas, resorts, residential, and property development projects
• Prepare landscape master plans, layouts, planting plans, hardscape and softscape designs
• Create detailed technical drawings, construction drawings, and design documentation
• Select appropriate plants, materials, finishes, and landscape elements per project requirements
• Develop 3D models, visualizations, and presentations to communicate concepts
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure landscape works follow approved designs and specs
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, contractors, and project teams
• Monitor quality and progress of landscape works during construction
• Ensure designs comply with standards, local regulations, environmental considerations, and site conditions
• Manage multiple projects and ensure design deliverables on time and to required standards

About you

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Landscape Architect, preferably in hospitality, villa, resort, or property development projects

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator

Experience with 3D rendering and visualization software is an advantage

Strong knowledge of tropical landscape design, planting, hardscape, and softscape

Good understanding of landscape construction, irrigation, drainage, and outdoor materials

Able to prepare and interpret technical and construction drawings

Strong creative, design, and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines

Good communication and coordination skills
