Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to lead landscape design and development for golf course projects in Jakarta. You will create concepts, planting plans, and design guidelines for course areas, ensuring aesthetics and playability align with the club's vision.

You will coordinate with landscape consultants, designers, architects, contractors, and other teams to ensure designs meet standards and the overall course concept from design through construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or related field.
• 5–8 years of landscape design and project management experience.
• Golf course landscape design experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of planting, hardscape, irrigation, grading, and landscape construction.
• Ability to read landscape drawings and technical documents.
• Excellent project management, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop landscape concepts, planting plans, and design guidelines for golf course areas.
• Coordinate with landscape consultants, golf course designers, architects, contractors, and other project teams.
• Review landscape designs to meet project standards and overall golf course concept.
• Monitor landscape work from design development through construction and completion.
• Review drawings, material selections, planting schemes, and landscape specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate solutions for design or construction issues.
• Manage project timeline, budget, and quality of landscape works.
