Job summary

Avesta Continental Pack seeks a dedicated Quality Control Supervisor to oversee QA operations at its facility in Depok, overseeing a team of QC technicians and ensuring products meet stringent quality standards before reaching consumers.

You will implement and maintain QC systems, work with production teams to address deviations, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years in quality control/quality assurance within FMCG.
• Proven experience supervising a QC team and managing operations.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP and HACCP principles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of quality control technicians, ensuring efficient execution of daily QC tasks.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive quality control procedures and standards in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet specifications.
• Investigate quality deviations, identify root causes, and implement CAPA.
• Maintain accurate quality records and documentation, preparing regular reports on quality performance for management.
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and other departments to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
