Job summary

Neo Energy Materials in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a senior Geologist to lead and coordinate geological exploration activities through the project lifecycle. You will conduct investigations, mapping, drilling, sampling, and data analysis to support resource evaluation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Geology, Geological Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in similar projects.
• Strong knowledge of geological exploration, resource evaluation, and geological data analysis.
• Familiar with 3D geological modeling and geological exploration software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software.
• Solid understanding of Structural Geology, Petrology, and Mineralogy.
• Familiar with Indonesian mining/geological regulations and technical standards.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic English communication skills; strong English proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate geological exploration activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct geological investigation, mapping, drilling, logging, sampling, and data analysis.
• Support resource evaluation, geological modeling, and geological reporting.
• Prepare and review exploration plans, technical proposals, and geological reports.
• Provide geological input for engineering design, geological hazard assessment, and project development.
• Coordinate geological activities with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Monitor geological conditions and identify potential geological risks during exploration and construction.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Indonesian regulations and technical standards.
