Job summary

Talent Insider is looking for a seasoned Geologist to lead mineral exploration projects in Indonesia. You will design exploration programs, manage a team of geologists, oversee data collection and reporting, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

The role requires CPI certification, a minimum of 8 years in mineral exploration (preferably nickel), strong knowledge of methodologies, and solid communication and regulatory familiarity.

Qualifications

• A degree in Geology, Geosciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in mineral exploration, preferably in nickel.
• Certification as a Competent Person Indonesia (CPI) is a mandatory requirement.
• Strong knowledge of exploration methodologies, resource modeling, and evaluation.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with Indonesian mining regulations and environmental standards.

Responsibilities
