Job summary

Archi Indonesia is seeking a Senior Geologist to support mine resource development and provide geological interpretation and reporting in line with LOM plans. You will collaborate with geology, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure robust resource estimation and compliant practices.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Geology, 5–8 years in mining geology (underground or open pit), and hands-on experience with geological modelling, pXRF data, and industry software applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Geology is required.
5–8 years of professional mining geology experience, underground or open pit preferred.
Experience with geological modelling, resource estimation, and mineral resource development.
Familiarity with pXRF equipment and field data collection is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Implement and ensure HSE standards across all operational activities.
Support execution of Resource Development programs per mine strategy and LOM plan.
Conduct geological interpretation, modelling, drill targeting, and data management.
Plan and monitor RC and DD drilling to support resource estimation.
Collaborate with geology, project teams, and stakeholders on modelling and evaluations.
Prepare geological reports, reconciliations, and technical documentation.
