Job summary

PT Interbat is seeking a proactive Team Leader to oversee events, bazaars, exhibitions, and pop-up activations. You will lead a team to ensure events align with brand targets and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities include generating sales and event activity reports, managing assets and equipment, and coordinating with internal and external teams. Willingness to travel outside the city for official duties is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as Team Leader/Supervisor in Event/Brand Activation/Retail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team during events, bazaars, exhibitions, and pop-up events.
• Ensure events run according to target and brand standards.
• Create sales reports and event activity reports.
• Manage assets, stock, and event equipment.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Willing to travel outside the city for official duties.
