Job summary

mGanik Group seeks a Marketing Events Planner to plan, organize and execute events that boost brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, strengthen customer relationships, and support business growth. You will manage the full event lifecycle from concept to post-event evaluation.

Responsibilities include planning and executing BTL events and brand activations, coordinating with stakeholders, managing budgets and timelines, on-site logistics, post-event evaluation, and supporting lead

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in event marketing, BTL marketing, brand activation or campaign execution.
• Strong project management and event or campaign management skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, well organized person, great interpersonal communication.
• Interest on health care services is a plus point.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute BTL marketing events & activities and brand activation programs from concept to completion
• Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders or partners to ensure smooth event execution
• Manage event budget, event preparation & timeline, on-site execution including logistics and post-event evaluation
• Support event promotion to maximize attendance & engagement and ensure customer touchpoint regarding company's guideline
• Support lead generation, customer engagement and sales-related activities during event, including marketing team performance analysis
