ECOLLABO8 seeks an energetic Communications & Partnerships Executive to boost brand presence and growth. You will manage social channels, coordinate with creators, and nurture relationships with partners, while representing the company at industry events in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment.

You will craft engaging captions, publish posts, and adapt content for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and more. This role requires strong English, superb organization, and confident external communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage ECOLLABO8's presence across all social media platforms, planning and publishing a minimum of four posts per week.
• Coordinate content production with the in‑house videographer (filming twice per week).
• Write captions, schedule content, and monitor performance across all platforms.
• Repurpose content into Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage communications with existing partners and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, follow‑ups, and partnership documentation.
• Maintain professional communication with ECOLLABO8 Masterclass participants and alumni.
• Contact prospective clients identified by management via LinkedIn.
• Represent ECOLLABO8 at conferences, sustainability events, networking events, and industry presentations.
• Coordinate with videographer, graphic design team, and external creative partners to ensure all marketing and communication materials are aligned with the ECOLLABO8 brand.
