Responsibilities

• Queue management, reporting, and ticket processing with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate vendors and oversee data center projects.
• Assist with installations including cables, racks, and terminations.
• Support cross-connect tasks, testing, and certifications.
• Manage de-installation tickets and ensure proper approvals.
• Ensure on-site access control, customer satisfaction, and stock monitoring.
