Responsibilities

• Queue management and reporting: review/process moderately difficult work orders; collaborate with cross-functional and onsite teams; maintain records and support ad-hoc reporting.
• Projects and training: coordinate with team and vendors; perform QA on new installations; complete training and mentor junior staff.
• Installations: handle moderately complex rack and stack tickets; interpret plans; assist with installs and cabling; identify capacity concerns.
• Cross-Connects: support installs, terminations, modifications, testing; perform certification testing and troubleshoot; escalate advanced cases.
• De-installation: manage de-install tickets; ensure de-installation of cross connects; obtain customer permissions.
• Customer and stakeholder management: ensure customer satisfaction; provide access control; be contact for escalated requests; monitor stock and coordinate material needs.
