• 3–5 years experience in Live Streaming Operations or as Lead.

• Ability to analyze performance data and develop business strategies.
• Ability to lead a team and adapt to fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all technical and operational aspects for each live streaming session.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue from live streaming.
• Monitor revenue performance from each live session and analyze influencing factors.
• Analyze performance data and create reports illustrating trends, successes and areas for improvement.

• Deep understanding of streaming platforms and related technologies.
• Ability to analyze performance data and use that information to develop business strategies.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment, and be prepared to handle emergency situations.
• Ability to lead a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
