• Experience as Site Supervisor or Field Supervisor.
• Understanding of construction processes and work.
• Ability to conduct quality checks on work.
• Ability to read technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fieldwork and monitor daily progress
• Conduct routine quality checks on work
• Take photos and videos of work progress
• Create daily and weekly reports on project progress
• Ensure work complies with drawings and specifications
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors and suppliers on site
• Ensure materials are available and properly stored
• Report obstacles, delays and work results to management
• Ensure non-compliant work is corrected properly
• Communicate actively with management team
