Job summary

Amar Bank, a leading digital bank in Indonesia, is seeking a Lead or Senior Business Analyst to join the MSME team. You will work with top management to identify and solve complex business problems, leading strategic initiatives and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities include business matching, user research, translating insights into requirements, and supporting KYC/KYB validation. Strong data skills (SQL/Excel) and collaboration across Product teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, user research, data analysis, computer science, or related field.
• Ability to understand user needs and translate them into clear business problems and requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across functions, especially with Product teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business matching analysis between user needs and solutions with Product and other functions.
• Conduct user research to identify insights and data points that support business decisions.
• Translate findings into proposals, requirements, and problem statements with Product.
• Support KYC/KYB validation analysis for new users/customers per SOPs and guidelines.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to support decisions and solution development.
• Document and communicate progress, findings, and updates to stakeholders.
• Support project-related activities and other business admin tasks as needed.
• Demonstrate strong data processing capabilities using SQL/Excel or other tools.
