Job summary

Amar Bank in Indonesia is seeking a Data Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders and turn data insights into actionable business decisions. You will work with millions of data rows, build dashboards, and create data marts to streamline reporting while ensuring data quality.

You will empower teams with descriptive and predictive analytics, using tools like BigQuery, Looker, and BI platforms, and contribute to the Digital Lending ecosystem of Tunaiku.

Qualifications

• Have at least 3 years experience as a data analyst.
• Able to create user-friendly dashboards/reports.
• Experience with data storytelling and presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Familiar with data sources (NoSQL, RDBMS, JSON) and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of Data Mining concepts (Statistics, ML, Forecasting).
• Experience with Core Banking data and digital lending data flows.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis to measure impact of new features, business flows, and campaigns using visual storytelling.
• Create and manage automated reports/dashboards based on stakeholder requirements.
• Build and maintain Data Marts to speed up analysis.
• Ensure data quality by coordinating with Data Engineers.
• Advise stakeholders on metrics, data sources, and visualization approaches.
• Translate complex analyses into clear business messages.
• Stay updated with data and analytics trends.
• Collaborate across functions to deliver holistic solutions.
• Able to handle millions of rows of data.
• Demonstrate strong storytelling skills when presenting projects.
