Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a leadership role to oversee barista operations across multiple outlets, combining hands-on coffee expertise with strong supervisory responsibilities, staff development, and a focus on consistency.

You will lead the barista team, travel between outlets for monitoring and coaching, ensure beverages are prepared to standard recipes, train new staff, manage stock, and contribute to menu development and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years experience as a Barista.
• Experience as a Supervisor Barista or Barista Leader (valued).
• Proficiency in espresso-based coffee, manual brew, non-coffee beverages, and other drinks.
• Understanding of espresso machine, grinder, and bar equipment use and maintenance.
• Ability to create new beverages for menu inclusion.
• Leadership capability and ability to organise, train, and mentor barista team.
• Understanding of bar SOP, hygiene and sanitation, and food safety.
• Ability to perform stock take, inventory control, and monitor raw material usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage barista team operations.
• Work mobile between outlets for monitoring and oversight.
• Ensure all beverages are made to standard recipes and quality specifications.
• Conduct briefings and training for barista team members.
• Control stock of raw materials and monitor operational bar needs.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and readiness of work areas.
• Support menu development and beverage quality improvement.
• Perform quality control on taste, presentation, and product consistency.
