Ideal candidates hold an electrical engineering diploma with hands-on experience in electrical installations, planning repairs, and supervising foremen. English proficiency is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma in electrical engineering with related field experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical equipment and wiring used in installations.
• Experience in planning repairs and coordinating maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly and monthly maintenance planning, including work orders and scheduling to meet long-term targets.
• Ensure compliance to safety, cost efficiency, and technical standards in electrical tasks.
• Prepare and submit timely reports; verify work orders and manage backlog parts with planners.
• Supervise foremen activities to ensure work is safe, correct, and efficient.
• Maintain and repair site electrical systems to ensure reliability and availability.
• Actively implement SHE programs and align with ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 standards.
