Job summary

PetroSea is seeking a Maintenance Planning Supervisor to oversee on-site maintenance planning for heavy equipment projects. You will coordinate and track activities across 1–3 months horizons, ensuring plans align with project schedules and budgets.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in heavy/mobile maintenance strategy, relevant certifications, and are proficient in English. The role emphasizes safety, mentoring, and meeting production targets in an on-site environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in heavy/mobile maintenance strategy.
• Qualifications and certificates in field of trade/required duties.
• Broad knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance.
• Understanding of mining requirements and production targets.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team to plan and schedule routine maintenance activities (resources, parts, tooling) with Production and Maintenance.
• Optimize performance by coaching and mentoring planning staff to improve efficiency.
• Distribute weekly and bi-weekly scheduled work to operations and maintenance supervisors with priorities and ensure plans are executed on time.
• Provide formal analysis on asset performance and maintenance plan, including ad-hoc analysis as needed.
• Maintain and implement SHE programs, identify and mitigate SHE risk, and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
