Job summary

PetroSea in Indonesia is seeking an experienced electrician supervisor to monitor daily activities, coordinate tasks, and ensure compliance with maintenance plans and safety standards. The role involves reporting, supervising foremen, and maintaining electrical systems on site.

Ideal candidates hold a high school certificate in engineering or a diploma in electrical engineering with relevant experience. English proficiency is an advantage for communication in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 1 year experience in electrical engineering.
• Understanding of electrical equipment and installation basics.
• Strong supervisory and communication skills.
• Fluent in English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor electrician daily activities and coordinate tasks.
• Ensure work conforms to standards, policies, and plans.
• Prepare and submit timely reporting and work orders.
• Supervise foremen to ensure safe, correct, and cost-effective work.
• Maintain and repair electrical systems on site/project.
• Implement and monitor SHE programs per ISO 14001/45001 and SMK3.
• Aim for high equipment availability and target zero LTI.
