Job summary

Shopee is seeking an operations leader to establish and run hub processes in the start-up phase. You will track shipments end-to-end, hire staff and drivers, manage cash-on-delivery, coordinate with hub, warehouse outbound and linehaul, and work with customer service. Inventory control and strict 5S standards are essential for the role.

This position focuses on building efficient hub operations, ensuring accurate fulfillment, and maintaining parcel integrity across the logistics chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and establish operation processes in the hub during start-up.
• Track, monitor and ensure on-time shipment delivery from pickup to end customer.
• Manage and hire staff, subcontractors, part-time drivers/riders.
• Handle cash-on-delivery money and ensure daily bank-in.
• Coordinate between hub, warehouse outbound and linehaul for smooth operation.
• Work closely with customer service to handle customer requests.
• Control inventory and protect shipments to reduce missing/damaged parcels.
• Ensure hub meets 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain).
