Job summary

Poulpharm in Bogor, Indonesia is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join a motivated team focused on reliable analyses and quality research. The role involves handling animal samples, performing ELISA, PCR, and microbiology testing, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Veterinary Paramedics or Livestock Health, or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in a veterinary, animal-health, diagnostic, or research laboratory is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques such as sample processing, ELISA, PCR, or microbiology is a plus.
• Careful, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Willingness to work at our laboratory in Bogor, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prepare, and process animal samples for laboratory testing.
• Perform routine diagnostic tests, including ELISA, PCR, and microbiological tests, as required.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Record test results and maintain accurate laboratory documentation.
• Follow laboratory SOPs and biosafety requirements.
• Monitor laboratory supplies and report shortages.
• Work closely with veterinarians and laboratory colleagues to support daily operations.

As a Laboratory Technician, you will be part of a motivated team dedicated to delivering reliable analyses and high-quality research every day.
