Job summary

PT FOCUS SOLUSI INFOTAMA in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced Dell server and storage administrator to manage PowerEdge servers, storage systems, and related infrastructure. The role covers hardware and firmware upgrades, backups, and ensuring high availability across the data environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on Dell experience, strong virtualization skills (VMware/Hyper-V), and solid networking knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing Dell servers and storage.
• In-depth knowledge of Dell PowerEdge servers, Dell PowerVault, Unity, or other Dell storage products.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and integrating server/storage in virtual environments.
• Understanding of server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
• Dell Technologies certification (Dell EMC Proven Professional) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of networking architecture, TCP/IP protocols, DNS, DHCP, etc.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
