Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; Psychology, Education, or related areas are a plus.
• 1–2 years in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or related roles.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva for content design.
• Strong writing and communication to translate complex information.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs with L&D and operations to identify gaps and priorities.
• Design and develop structured training modules aligned with objectives.
• Create engaging content: slides, guides, handbooks, case studies, quizzes, exercises.
• Develop assessments to measure learning and training impact.
• Collaborate with SMEs and trainers to validate content accuracy.
• Translate complex processes into clear, practical training material.
• Review feedback and update modules to stay current with business changes.
• Maintain organization of learning content and versions.
