Follwr (follwr.app) is a fast-growing creator monetization platform seeking a KOL Specialist to lead growth in Indonesia. You will own the full creator journey—from finding and signing top KOLs to ensuring their success on our platform—and build long-term partnerships with management agencies.

Responsibilities include identifying fit creators, onboarding them end-to-end, helping launch pages, and supporting ongoing growth.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience in KOL management, talent management or creator partnerships.
• Established network with key KOLs and management agencies.
• Strong connections in fitness, cosplay and/or lifestyle.
• Track record of signing and managing creators.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with strong English.
• Self-driven and comfortable working remotely.
• Must provide proof of experience and results.

We're hiring a KOL Specialist to lead creator growth in Indonesia. You'll own the full creator journey, from finding and signing top KOLs to making sure they succeed on the platform. You'll also build long‑term partnerships with management agencies.

• Find KOLs and creators who are a good fit for Follwr
• Reach out to them and pitch the platform
• Handle onboarding end to end, from first chat to account setup
• Help them launch their page and start earning
• Support creators after launch so they keep growing (creator success)
• Reach out to talent and KOL agencies and build partnerships

About you

• 3-5 years of experience in KOL management, talent management or creator partnerships
• An established network with key and high‑end KOLs and management agencies
• Strong connections in fitness, cosplay and/or lifestyle
• A track record of signing and managing creators
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, with extremely good English

Pay

• 8,000,000 base monthly salary + monthly commission
• Top KOL Specialists earn 30,000,000
