Job summary

PT. Akasha Wira International, Tbk. is seeking a KOL Specialist to conceptualize and manage influencer campaigns in the beauty sector. You will build and maintain relationships with KOLs, plan online and offline campaigns, and ensure alignment with brand voice.

You will join a fast-paced team at TB Simatupang, South Jakarta, and work on-demand with a strong user-driven mindset, delivering daily communications and expanding the KOL database.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience as a KOL Specialist in beauty.
• Experience handling a diverse range of talents, especially in beauty.
• Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns; creative thinker.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and manage demand-driving strategies and events involving KOLs in the beauty industry.
• Collaborate with KOLs aligned with campaign and brand values; build relationships with other potential KOLs.
• Propose and direct campaigns with KOLs to boost brand visibility on social media; ensure brand voice alignment.
• Develop and execute comprehensive influencer campaigns supporting brand initiatives, objectives, and KPIs.

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, or any related field.


• Proven min. 1 year of work experience in KOL Specialist, especially in beauty industry.


• Experience in handling a diverse range of talents, especially in beauty industry.


• Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns, creative and good at brainstorming.


• Have a huge database of KOL.


• Enjoy communication with users and deliver daily support with a strong user-driven mindset.


• Have a good communication skill, out of the box, and able to work in a fast paced company.


• Willing to be placed at TB Simatupang, South Jakarta, full on-site working (WFO).


• Able to join ASAP.
