Job summary

Facetology, a dynamic beauty brand, seeks a KOL Admin to support influencer campaigns, manage contracts, payments, and MoUs, and prepare reports on content and costs. You’ll work from our South Jakarta office and help coordinate with KOLs and agencies.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of admin experience with KOLs, a strong command of Excel/Sheets, excellent communication and time-management skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of admin experience with KOLs and related tasks.
• Experience or strong interest in the beauty industry is a plus.
• Proficient with Excel/Sheets for tracking data and payments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple invoices and fast-paced workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including product seeding, scheduling, and delivery logistics
• Maintain organized records of contracts, deliverables, rates, and payments for KOL collaborations
• Monitor and track KOL activities, ensuring timely updates and supporting weekly/monthly reporting on content, engagement, and campaign costs
• Handle administrative tasks for the KOL team, including preparing agreements, MoUs, invoices, POs, and processing payments
• Create and update KOL databases to ensure accurate tracking of contracts, performance, and campaign results
• Assist in managing communication and coordination with KOL

As a KOL Admin, You Will

• Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including product seeding, scheduling, and delivery logistics

• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented, strong time-management skills, and able to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Experienced in coordinating across teams and agencies and managing multiple invoices simultaneously
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta
