Job summary

Facetology is seeking a KOL Specialist in Jakarta to drive influencer campaigns, identify and recruit key opinion leaders, and manage end-to-end collaborations from planning to execution.

You will monitor performance, report insights weekly and monthly, stay ahead of beauty influencer trends, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize brand visibility.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience managing KOL collaborations.
• Proven experience in the beauty industry with a strong network of beauty influencers is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using social media platforms and tracking tools to evaluate campaign performance, with a basic understanding of reporting metrics such as reach, views, and engagement rate.
• Capable of handling multiple KOL campaigns simultaneously and accustomed to working with targets.
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.

As a KOL Specialist, You Will
