Job summary

KitaLulus is seeking a motivated KOL & Influencer Marketing Intern to support planning and execution of influencer campaigns that boost brand awareness and user growth in Jakarta.

You’ll assist with research, outreach, campaign coordination, tracking performance, and preparing reports in a fast-paced digital marketing team. Final-year students or recent graduates in Marketing or Communications with a passion for social media and strong communication are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related fields.
• Passionate about social media, influencer marketing and digital campaigns.
• Basic understanding of influencer marketing metrics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with data tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing KOL/influencer campaigns to support brand awareness, user acquisition, and campaign objectives.
• Research and identify potential KOLs based on niche, audience, engagement, content quality, and campaign needs.
• Maintain and update the KOL database, including profiles, rates, deliverables, and campaign performance.
• Assist with KOL outreach, communication, and campaign coordination.
• Coordinate campaign briefs, content requirements, deadlines, posting schedules, and deliverables with KOLs.
• Monitor content production, follow up on deliverables, and ensure timely completion.
• Track campaign performance metrics such as views, reach, engagement, clicks, downloads, and conversions.
• Assist in preparing weekly/monthly campaign reports and performance recaps.
• Support KOL budget, invoice, and other campaign administrative tracking.
