Job summary

PT Diamulia Internusa is seeking a KOL & Affiliate Specialist in a contract role based in South Tangerang, Banten. You will identify and manage key opinion leaders and affiliate partners to drive brand awareness and revenue growth, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.

You will develop and manage campaigns, negotiate terms, track performance, and report insights to senior management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in KOL management or influencer/affiliate marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple KOLs and affiliate partners simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and manage KOLs and affiliate partners aligned with the brand.
• Develop and execute KOL/affiliate campaigns with briefs, timelines and metrics.
• Monitor campaign performance using reach, engagement, conversions and ROI.
• Negotiate terms and contracts with partners to secure favorable terms.
• Manage contracts, payments and documentation related to KOLs and affiliates.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative and product teams for consistent messaging.
• Provide regular reports and insights on performance to leadership.
• Stay informed on industry trends and new platforms for opportunities.
