Job summary

Yuwell Indonesia is seeking a Partnerships & Affiliate Marketing Specialist to drive collaboration with KOLs, influencers, and affiliate creators in Indonesia. The role focuses on building long-term partnerships and optimizing campaigns across Shopee and TikTok Shop to boost product visibility and sales.

You will analyze performance metrics, manage commission structures, and coordinate content production with marketing and content teams, ensuring timely delivery and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in KOL/influencer/affiliate marketing is preferred.
• Familiarity with Shopee and TikTok Shop ecosystems.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and build partnerships with KOLs, influencers, and affiliates aligned with Yuwell’s brand.
• Develop and optimize affiliate programs on Shopee and TikTok Shop to drive sales.
• Negotiate collaboration terms, commissions, and deliverables with creators.
• Coordinate product samples and schedule content creation and publication.
• Monitor content performance, orders, revenue, and partner effectiveness.
• Prepare regular reports on partnerships and costs; collaborate with teams to plan campaigns.
