Job summary

IPEKA Christian School, Jakarta, Indonesia, seeks an experienced Principal or Vice Principal to uphold academic policies and drive school-wide benchmarks. The role focuses on empowering teachers, engaging with students, parents, and staff, and leading with a Christlike education philosophy.

The candidate must hold a Master’s in Education, have 3+ years in a principal role, strong leadership and communication skills, and fluent English with IELTS 6.0. Overseas graduates are welcome to apply.

• Master's degree in Education required.
• Minimum 3 years experience as Principal / Vice Principal.
• Understanding of Christlike Education Philosophy.
• Fluent English with IELTS Minimum 6.0.
