Job summary

IPEKA Christian School is seeking a System Analyst Staff to bridge user needs with IT system development. You will analyze business processes and user requirements, translate them into system specifications, and work closely with the software development team to ensure the application meets business needs.

This role also involves testing applications, providing user training, and supporting users during system implementation.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Information System or Information Technology.
• 3+ years of experience in systems analysis or software development.
• Strong analytical mindset to identify gaps in business processes and design efficient technical solutions.
• Able to act as an effective bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
• Proficient in creating BRDs and FSDs, and skilled in system modeling using UML, ERD, and flowcharts.
• Solid understanding of SQL, API integration, system architecture, and software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).

Proficient in creating technical documentation such as BRDs and FSDs, and skilled in system modeling using UML, ERD, and flowcharts

Solid understanding of database logic (SQL), API integration, system architecture, and software development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
