Job summary

Huaxing is seeking a trainee to support Logistics, Customs Affairs, International Trade, Translation, or Indonesian Language support, aligning with strengths and career interests. The role includes responsibilities across import/export and cross-cultural collaboration.

Ideal candidates possess strong English, good communication, and a willingness to grow across countries. CET-6 or equivalent is preferred, with a strong sense of responsibility for cross-border operations.

Qualifications

• Majors in Customs & Logistics, International Trade, English, Indonesian Language, or related fields are preferred.
• CET-6 (College English Test Band 6) or equivalent, with fluent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; able to work effectively in international and cross-cultural environments.
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability; willing to embrace challenges across different countries and cross-cultural settings.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review import and export customs declaration documents; arrange and track finished product export transportation.
• Ensure compliance management of bonded factories and handle operational exceptions.
• Evaluate and review logistics transportation routes, costs, and risks.
• Monitor global cargo customs clearance status and coordinate overseas warehouse local delivery.
• Establish and optimize systems and processes, and support project management initiatives.
